Dr Martina Collins qualified from University College Cork in 2002, and after a year in Cork Hospitals, travelled and worked as a doctor in Australia. After gaining experience in Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics and Rheumatology, she returned to the South Eastern GP Training Scheme in Waterford. She qualified as a GP in 2009. SInce then she spent four years working as a GP in the midlands before returning to her native Co. Cork. She has a postgraduate certificate in Palliative Care. Her areas of interest include Paediatrics and Women’s Health.
